Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Please note that during peak seasons (such as Christmas), processing may take an additional day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard USA Shipping: Delivered within 7–14 business days via UPS, FedEx or USPS.
• Express USA Shipping: Delivered within 2–3 business days, available at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This will contain your tracking number, which typically becomes active within 24 hours.

Damages

Brevate is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and the damaged goods before filing a claim.
