Orders & pricing
Prices are shown in USD and are exclusive of any applicable state sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if a pricing or stock error has occurred, in which case any payment will be refunded in full.
Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order via our payment processor. We accept all major cards, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Shipping & delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. USA delivery 7–14 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Returns & refunds
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt.
Warranty
All Shark® products are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty. See our Warranty page for the full terms.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our total liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the price you paid for the affected product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, with disputes subject to the courts located in Delaware. Nothing in this clause limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the law of the state where you live.
