Every Shark® product purchased from Brevate is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty, starting from your delivery date. As an authorized reseller, your warranty is automatically registered when you order.
What's covered
- • Manufacturing defects and component failure under normal household use.
- • Free repair, replacement parts, or replacement unit at our discretion.
- • Round-trip shipping to and from our US service partner.
What's not covered
- • Damage from accidents, misuse or commercial use.
- • Consumable parts such as filters and brushrolls subject to normal wear.
- • Cosmetic damage that does not affect function.
